EcoRise South Sudan has launched its flagship Talent Nurturing & Mentorship Program in Gorom Refugee Camp. The initiative pairs young refugees (ages 15–24) with mentors from the South Sudanese diaspora and local university students.
Within the newly established "Talent Labs," mentees access digital tools, coding curricula, and project-based learning. Top participants are channeled into internships, advanced ICT certifications, and community Peace Ambassador roles.
